Tech Shooting Sports Place 2nd at Ram Invitational

Northwest Tech Shooting Sports competed at the Ram Invitational in Brighton, CO, last weekend. The Categories included: Trap, Trap Doubles, Skeet, and Sporting Clays. Northwest Tech placed 2nd (Team HOA) with a score of 1771/2000, losing by only 80 targets to Fort Hays State, who placed 1st with a score of 1851.

Individual High Over All:

  • Wyatt Johnson placed 6th, scoring 364/400
  • Manten Crow placed 12th, scoring 357/400
  • Caleb Dechant placed 15th, scoring 353/400
  • Zach Ehrlich placed 17th, scoring 349/400
  • Trent Doudna placed 18th, scoring 348/400
Trap Team: 2nd Overall, scoring 482/500

  • Caleb Dechant and Wyatt Johnson tied for 2nd, scoring 99/100
  • Zander Steyn placed 10th, scoring 96/100
  • Manten Crow and Jake Curreri tied for 18th, scoring 94/100
Skeet Team: 2nd Overall, scoring 444/500

  • Manten Crow tied for 4th, scoring 94/100
  • Wyatt Johnson tied for 12th, scoring 89/100
  • Trent Doudna placed 18th, scoring 88/100
  • Zach Ehrlich placed 19th, scoring 87/100
  • Caleb Dechant placed 20th, scoring 86/100
Trap Doubles Team: 2nd Overall, scoring 410/500

  • Trent Doudna tied for 8th, scoring 86/100
  • Wyatt Johnson tied for 11th, scoring 83/100
  • Jake Curreri placed 12th, scoring 82/100
  • Zander Steyn tied for 13th, scoring 80/100
  • Manten Crow and Zach Ehrlich tied for 18th, scoring 79/100
Sporting Clays Team: 2nd Overall, scoring 458/500

  • Caleb Dechant and Wyatt Johnson tied for 5th, scoring 93/100
  • Zach Ehrlich placed 6th, scoring 92/100
  • Manten Crow and Zander Steyn tied for 10th, scoring 90/100
