Board of Trustees Meeting

The Colby Community College Board of Trustees will hold its monthly meeting at 5 p.m. on Monday, November 14, 2022, in the Thomas Hall Board Room. 

The meeting will also be held via Zoom video conferencing at https://colbycc.zoom.us/j/7507007180  or by phone at 312-626-6799 and using meeting ID: 7507007180.

In addition to reports from administrators and the Endowment Foundation, the following agenda items will be discussed:

A. Old Business

B. Disposition of Surplus (Action)

C. Dorm Furniture Replacement RFP (Action)

D. Fairgrounds Lease (Action)

E. Laptop Replacement RFP-Phase I (Request)

F. Physical Therapist Assistant Program (Action)

G. Policy Review -- Academic Freedom; Appointment of Professional Employees (Action)

H. Predictive Analytics RFP (Action)

I. Request to Move Board of Trustees Meeting (Action)

J. Trauma-Informed Resilient Communities (Action)

Guidelines for Public Comment

1. Individuals wishing to address the Colby Community College Board of Trustees shall

formally advise the President of their intention, prior to the beginning of the meeting,

by providing their name and the agenda item topic they plan on addressing.

2. The Chair may recognize individual(s) to address the Board of Trustees after the

Members have discussed the agenda item, but prior to a vote on the motion.

3. There shall be a Public Comments/Other Items time on each Board agenda. During

this Public Comments/Other Items time, members of the public will be able to

address the Board on non-agenda items. The Board will not take any action on

concerns or requests made during this time. Public comments will conform to the

delivery guidelines below:

a. Each speaker is limited to three minutes presentation time;

b. Written information may be submitted;

c. Individual(s) wishing to speak, will identify themselves and state whether or not

they represent an opinion of a group or of themselves; and

d. Information or comments related to Colby Community College’s non-elected

personal may be referred to an Executive Session.
