The Colby Community College Jazz Ensemble and Concert Band will perform the annual free holiday concert at 7 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 1. in the Northwest Kansas Cultural Arts Center.
According to Band Director Michelle Meyer, the event is expected to last about an hour.
"It will feature a collection of holiday music and other genres by our concert band and jazz ensemble," she said. "Our special feature will be the percussion ensemble when students play a combination of trash cans, buckets, lids and more!"
