Equestrian Earns Region's Reserve High Point Team

The Colby Community College equestrian team hosted a regular season western show and the Zone 8 Region 5 region competition at the college farm on Feb. 25 and 26. The Trojans emerged with six class wins and the reserve high point team for the region.

Jenna Milford was the region's reserve high point rider in the open horsemanship and open reigning divisions.

"We had a great show," said Head Coach Adrianne Schaunaman. "Success in the arena Saturday was just the motivation we needed to push hard going into Sunday's regionals."

Hunt seat riders return to action this weekend for a regular season contest on Saturday and then regional competition on Sunday.
