On Saturday, Feb. 1, former Hays High School standout Josh Zapata’s college team won in an NCAA Division II baseball game

On Saturday, Feb. 1, former Hays High School standout Josh Zapata’s current college team, the West Texas A&M Buffaloes, won 5-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the St. Edward's Hilltoppers.

The game took place at Lucian-Hamilton Field. This was their third matchup against the Hilltoppers this season.

The Buffaloes’ next game is scheduled for Sunday, Feb. 2 at 1 p.m. at Lucian-Hamilton Field against St. Edward's Hilltoppers.
