Hays High School standout Josh Zapata’s college team won in NCAA Division II baseball game on Saturday, Feb. 8

On Saturday, Feb. 8, former Hays High School standout Josh Zapata’s current college team, the West Texas A&M Buffaloes, won 3-2 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Wayland Baptist Pioneers.

The game took place at Wilder Park. This was their first matchup against the Pioneers this season.

The Buffaloes’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 14 at 2 p.m. at Wilder Park against Eastern New Mexico Greyhounds.
