Hays High School standout Josh Zapata’s college team won in NCAA Division II baseball game on Friday, Feb. 7

On Friday, Feb. 7, former Hays High School standout Josh Zapata’s current college team, the West Texas A&M Buffaloes, won 18-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Southwest Mustangs.

The game took place at Wilder Park. This was their first matchup against the Mustangs this season.

The Buffaloes’ next game is scheduled for Saturday, Feb. 8 at 12 p.m. at Wilder Park against Wayland Baptist Pioneers.
